Frequently asked questions
- What counts as a generation?
- One finished image or video clip that passes validation and reaches you. Behind the scenes we may draft, validate, and retry several times — that's included. Stopping a render yourself is the one exception, and only once an engine has actually started on it — catch it while it is still queued and nothing is charged, because nothing was rendered. Longer clips and premium video models can use more than one generation credit; the exact cost is always shown before you confirm.
- Do failed generations use up my allowance?
- If we block the request, or a provider refuses it before rendering, it never counts against your monthly generations, whether or not we warned you it might happen. If a render fails after it has started, contact us and we'll review it and put the credit back where the fault was ours.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — every account gets one free generation a day on our fastest model, no credit card required. It resets daily and doesn't stack up, so over a few days you'll see the same character stay consistent across outputs. Pick a plan whenever you want more than one a day.
- Can I get a refund?
- If it's your first subscription and you've used fewer than 5 generations, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — email support and we'll process it, no questions asked.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep full access and your remaining generations until the end of the period you've paid for.
